Linked Pasts 5 will take place at the University Bordeaux Montaigne, at the 'Archéopôle'. The university campus is located outside of Bordeaux's city center and can be reached by Tramway (line B) in a convenient way.

Trains & Planes

You have fast train connections from Paris with 'classical' TGV Inoui (https://www.oui.sncf/) and Ouigo (less frequent but cheaper than the former, with a dedicated website for booking [https://www.ouigo.com/]). 

Bordeaux-Merignac International Airport is well served by internatioal compagnies: https://www.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/vols-destinations/destinations-depart-bordeaux.

Airport to City Centre

There are 2 options by plublic transport:

• Bus 1, direction 'Bordeaux Saint Jean' : cheap but takes time (1 hour)
• Express Shuttle (coach) : quite expensive but fast (more info);

From Bordeaux City Centre

• Tram B, direction 'Alouette France ' or 'Pessac Cenre', stop at 'Montaigne - Montesquieu' or 'Unitec'

From Bordeaux Main Train Station (Bordeaux Saint-Jean)

• Bus 1 + Tram B
  • Bus 1 (dir. 'Aéroport Terminus') or 11 (dir. 'Les Pins')    --> Change at 'Victoire'
  • Tram B (dir. 'Alouette France ' or 'Pessac Cenre')         --> stop at 'Montaigne - Montesquieu' or 'Unitec'
